My aunt booked a room that smelled like pee. But it shouldn’t take so long for one booking. What should have been a quick call turned into 30 minutes of flowery words and the slowest service I’ve ever had. This was a room for my dads wedding as a place to crash. Instead I’m forwarded to their call center where someone tried suggestive selling no less than a dozen separate things to me. There’s literally no way to just call and get the front desk. My awful experience started when trying to call to book a room.
